FAQ

  • Yes, we do allow dogs in our separate cabin. They are and additional $25/dog per night. We ask that they be up to date on their vaccinations and are flea and pest free. They are to be on a leash when outside the cabin and if left unsupervised inside, we ask that they are securely crated.

  • The Cabin is a separate structure while the 2 single units and the double unit are all connected in a single structure. AKA “the Bunkhouse”.

  • We will accommodate extension requests to the best of our ability.

  • It is a double ended gravel driveway that is wide enough to accommodate parking. We ask that you do not park on the grass due to buried utilities including our water lines and septic tanks. We also ask that you do not obstruct the access way to the shared area.

Policies

Flexible Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! To provide you with peace of mind, our flexible cancellation policy allows for maximum convenience:

  1. **Full Refund**: Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the check-in time to receive a full refund of their booking payment.

  2. **Partial Refund**: If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in, guests will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

  3. **Early Check-Out**: In the event of an early departure, unused nights are not eligible for a refund. We value open and honest communication and strive to be as accommodating as possible. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we encourage guests to communicate with us promptly, and we'll do our best to assist and find a solution.

Dog Policy

We are excited to welcome your canine companions! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we ask that you review and follow these guidelines:

  1. Approval Required: Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please provide details about your dog(s), including breed, size, and age, during the booking process.

  2. Behavior and Supervision: Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and not left unattended on the property unless securely crated.

  3. Outdoor Supervision: Dogs must be kept on a leash while in outdoor areas and supervised at all times.

  4. Waste Disposal: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs immediately. Waste bags are provided; please dispose of them in the designated bins.

  5. Excessive Barking: Please ensure your dog does not bark excessively, as this may disturb neighbors and other guests.

  6. Furniture Use: If your dog is accustomed to being on furniture, we kindly request that you use the protective sheets provided to cover furniture during your stay. This helps us maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

  7. Damage Responsibility: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their dogs, including repairs or replacements for property, furnishings, or outdoor areas.

  8. Additional Fee: A cleaning fee of $25 per dog, per night, applies to cover extra cleaning requirements.

  9. Special Requirements:

  11. Dogs must be free of fleas and other pests.

Smoking and Vaping Policy

  1. No Indoor Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the

  3. Outdoor Only: Use designated outdoor areas and ashtrays for smoking and vaping.

  4. Violation Fee: Indoor smoking or vaping may incur a cleaning fee of $100.

  5. Fire Safety: Extinguish cigarettes and vaping devices fully to avoid fire risks.

  6. Cooking Safety: Always monitor the stove, oven, or any other cooking appliances while in use. Do not leave cooking unattended.
